I am passionate about learning and helping people to reach their full potential. I am committed to my clients and always endeavour to put them first and making them my primary concern. Through my coaching practice I work to professional standards to improve the quality and care offered. I value my clients as unique individuals, as well as placing great value in our relationship. Integrity is important to me, being honest and open with my clients.

Finding that calm and happy place in life is not always easy.  We sometimes think that filling our lives with things and happenings will make us happy.  Have you ever wondered?  What would happen and how would I feel if all my dreams, visions, goals, wants and needs were met?  Would I still find my calm and  happy place in life?

I recently read this Life Lesson by a favourite speaker of mine; Charles Stanley. In the article, Charles writes about training our minds; he encourages us to train our minds to focus on the right things. He goes on to say, what we focus our minds on has lasting ramifications. Our thoughts he says reap an action, an action reaps a habit, a habit reaps character and character our destiny. This is a sobering thought. More than ever before it is vitally important to focus our minds on the right things, namely positive ones. Research shows that when we meditate on the good things that happen to us, both our level of happiness increases and long term happiness increases, and levels of depression decreases. We are more empowered and equipped to navigate our way through life when we focus our minds on the right things.

My goal working with my clients is to help them achieve their goals and life satisfaction.
